At Harris Lets we pride ourselves on having no hidden charges that could surprise any of our potential tenants.  We ask for one month’s rent, six weeks deposit, the charge for your credit checks and for the drawing up of your tenancy agreement and nothing else.

All of our deposits are held in the governments Deposit Protection Scheme to protect both Landlords and Tenants. We can also offer you the chance of contents insurance to protect your valuables during the term of you tenancy.

Before setting up a tenancy we need references on all prospective tenants. For this we use Homelet, the UK’s largest tenant referencing service.
